of the Benefits of an act approved February 11, 1874, entitled an u.:
to Release certain Taxes and County Levies in the County of Elizi-
beth City and other Counties, to do so.

Approved March 27, 1875,

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That all persor-
who were entitled to the benefits of the act approved Feb
ruary eleventh, eighteen hundred and seventy-four, entitled
an act to release certain taxes and county levies in the
county of Elizabeth City, and other counties, and who have
failed, from inadvertence, ignorance of the law, or otber
cause, to claim the benefits of said act, are hereby anthorized
to’ avail themselves of the benefits thereof by complying
with the provisions of said act within four months from th:
passage of this act.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
