Chap. 723.—An ACT to amend section 2513 of the code of Virginia, in relation
to who may not make wills, with a saving as to infants of eighteen years
of age, or upwards.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section
wenty-five hundred and thirteen of the code of Virginia, is hereby
mended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
§ 2513. Who may not.—No person of unsound mind, or under the
ge of twenty-one years, shall be capable of making a will, except that
linors eighteen years of age or upwards, may, by will, dispose of per-
nal estate.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
