Chap. 262.—An ACT to authorize the appointment of an additional
Commissioner in Chancery for the City of Alexandria.

Approved March 26, 1875.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the corpo-
ration court of the city of Alexandria is hereby authorized
to appoint an additional commissioner in chancery, with the
same powers and duties as those already authorized by law.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
