Chap. 695.—An ACT to amend an act to incorporate the Richmond and
Petersburg railway company, approved March 8, 1898, entitled in said act
the Richmond and Petersburg electric railway company, so as to declare
the time in which it operates.

Approved March 2, 1900.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
act approved March third, eighteen hundred and ninety-eight, entitled
an act to incorporate the Richmond and Petersburg railway company be
amended so as to declare that the true intent of the same was and is
that the Richmond and Petersburg electric railway company, incorpo-
rated by said act, shall have until March third, nineteen hundred and
one to complete the construction and equipment of its road provided for
therein.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
