Chap. 639.—An ACT to allow Thomas W. Taylor to construct a movable boom
across Pamunkey river. ’

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That Thomas
W. Taylor, of the county of Accomac be, and he is hereby, authorized
to construct a movable boom across Pamunkey river, at or near Hanover
town, for the purpose of floating wood, ties, logs, and other lumber down
said river; but this act shall be subject to the right of repeal or amend-
ment by the general assembly.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
