Chap. 635.—An ACT to declare Tye river a lawful fence between Amherst
and Nelson.

Approved March 6, 1909.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That Tye
river shall be, and is hereby, declared a lawful fence between Amherst
and Nelson counties.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
