Chap. 625.—An ACT to declare the Robertson river, in Madison county, a
lawful fence.
Approved March 6, 1900.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
Robertson river be, and is hereby, declared a lawful fence from the
ford just above James French’s to the ford near the upper corner of
Mistress Sallie D. Twyman’s farm with the lands adjacent thereto,
to the extent of one hundred yards from each bank of said stream.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
