Chap. 591.—An ACT to declare Rose river, in Madison county, a lawful fence.
Approved March 6, 1900.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
Rose river, in Madison county, be, and is hereby, declared a lawful fence
from Sirams Kite’s ford to where said river empties into the Robertson
river, with the lands adjacent thereto, to the extent of one hundred yards
from each bank of said stream.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
