Chap. 581.—An ACT to allow Levin Lynch to erect a wharf in Chincoteague
bay, Accomac county.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That Levin
Lynch of Accomac county be, and is hereby, authorized and permitted
to erect a wharf on the northwest side of a creek on public land in front
of his land, adjoining the wharf of G. W. Connor, on the southwest side
of the creek running along the western side of Chincoteague island in
said county, fronting Chincoteague bay with a water front of eighty
feet, and extending forty feet from the shore, in the waters of said
creek, subject to all the laws of the state governing all wharves erected
on the waters of the commonwealth; and provided also, that this act
shall at all times be under the control of the general assembly, and
be amended or repealed as may be deemed proper.
