Chap. 567.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 1 of chapter 58 of the
acts of 1889 and 1890, approved February 11, 1890, entitled an act to pro-
vide for the appointment of assistant commissioners of accounts, and to
define their duties and powers.

1. Be it enacted bv the general assembly of Virginia, That section
one of chapter fifty-eight of the acts of eighteen hundred and eighty-
nine and ninety, approved February the eleventh, eighteen hundred
and ninety, entitled an act to provide for the appointment of assistant
ennumiseioners of accounts, and to define their duties and powers, be
amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
$1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
judge of each court having jurisdiction of the probate of wills and
granting administration on estates of deeedents which has no commus-
sioners In chancery may appoint, in addition to the commissioner of
accounts, an assistant commissioner of accounts, who may perform a!l
the duties and exercise all the powers required of the commissioner of
accounts. Such assistant commissioner of accounts making the settle-
ment of the fiduciary account under the provisions of this act shall,
within thirty days, report the facts and the date of such settlement
to the commissioner of accounts, who shall make an entry of the same
in his record book.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
