1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That thx
trustees of Nomini Baptist church of Christ, in Westmoreland county
Virginia, be, and they are hereby, authorized and empowered to sel
and convey the piece or parcel of land, containing one acre, in saic
-ounty, on which the Antioch meeting-house stands, as conveved tc
trustees of said Nomini Baptist church of Christ by deed from Harriet
Peck, dated November twenty-eighth, eighteen hundred and twentv-
aight, and of record in the clerk’s office of said county, and to invest
the proceeds as the members of the said Nomini Baptist church ot
Christ shall direct, subject to the laws of the commonwealth regulating
yroperty to be held by churches.

2, This act shall be in force from its passage.
