Chap. 549.—An ACT extending the time for the collection of tax tickets
in the town of Colonial Beach.
Approved February 26, 1900.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
treasurer of the town of Colonial Beach, in the county of Westmoreland,
shall have the further time of one year from the passage of this act
within which to collect, by levy and distress, all uncollected tax tickets
in his hands which have not been returned delinquent or insolvent, and
for which he has accounted to the town council of Colonial Beach, for
the years eighteen hundred and ninety-four, eighteen hundred and
ninety-five, eighteen hundred and ninety-six, eighteen hundred and
ninety-seven, eighteen hundred and ninety-eight, and eighteen hundred
and ninety-nine, ending July first, eighteen hundred and ninety-nine,
being end of fiscal year.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
