Chap. 523.—An ACT to define a lawful fence in a portion of Massie’s mill
district, in Nelson county.
Approved February 26, 1900.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That within
the boundary lines hereinafter described, in Massie’s mull district, in
Nelson county, a three-wire, rail or plank fence be, and is hereby, de-
clared to be a lawful fence.
Beginning at a point on the line between the Roseland and Massie’s
mills precincts, at a point in the road on hill east of Mistress Hamilton’s;
running thence with that road to the Cub creek road; thence up Cub
creek road to the junction of the road leading to Tye river; thence along
that road leading to Tye river road; thence down 'l'ye river road to Tyro
mills; thence leaving the county road, following the old road leading
to Pharsalia; thence along the same road leading to Level Green, there
intersecting the county road; thence along said road to the junction of
road leading to Emilies cave; thence along the Emily cave road to said
cave; thence down branch in said cave to the Junction of the Lowesville
precinct line; thence along that line to the Roseland precinct line; thence
along the Roseland line to starting point.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
