Chap. 510.—An ACT to allow the Michie company to publish certain reports
of the decisions of the court of appeals of Virginia.
Approved February 2, 1900.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the Michie
company, of Charlottesville, Virginia, be, and the said company is hereby,
authorized and empowered to publish, on its own account and at its own
cost and expense, an edition or editions of the following volumes of the
reports of the decisions of the supreme court of appeals of Virginia—
viz: Jefferson, Wythe, Patton and Heath, Washington, Call, Virginia
cases Henning and Munford, Munford, Gilmer, Randolph, Leigh, Robin-
son, volumes nineteen to thirty-three, inclusive, Grattan, and volumes
seventy-five and seventy-six Virginia.
And when the supply of any volume or volumes of said reports not
above enumerated now in possession of the commonwealth is exhausted,
the said company is also hereby authorized and empowered in like man-
ner to publish such volume or volumes.
2. All acts or parts of acts in confiict herewith are hereby repealed.
3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
