Chap. 504.—An ACT to authorize F. M. Thrift to erect a wharf on Yeocomico
river, in Westmoreland county.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That F. M.
Thrift, of the county of Westmoreland, be, and he is hereby, authorized
to erect a wharf on Yeocomico river on the public landing in Kinsale,
between the lands of Mistress Unruh and Courtney and Bailey; said
wharf to be built on the right of said landing facing the water, not to
be more than twelve feet wide on the shore line, and to extend the same
width for not less than twenty-five feet into the water: provided, that it
shall not obstruct navigation, nor interfere with any private rights: and
provided also, that this act shall at all times be under the control of
the general assembly, and be amended or repealed as may be deemed
roper.
