Chap. 231.—An ACT to prescribe the Times for Holding the Courts of
the Fourth Judicial Circuit.
Approved March 25, 1875.
1. Be it enacted by the gencral assembly of Virginia,
That section four of the act approved March twenty-seven,
eighteen hundred and seventy-four, entitled an act to pre-
scribe the times for bolding the circuit courts of this com-
monwealth, and to repeal the fifteenth section of the one
hundred and fifty-fifth chapter of the Code of eighteen hun-
dred and seventy-three, be amended and re-enacted so as to
read as follows:
§ 4. Piitsylvania—February fifth and September fifth.
Halifax—March fifth and October first.
Henry—June eighteenth and October eightcenth.
Patrick—April first and November first.
Franklin— April twelfth and November twelfth.
Dangille—April twenty-sixth and November twenty-sixth.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
