county, and his deputies.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That R. B. Sear.
Jate treasurer of Lunenburg county, and his deputies, John Robertson.
George W. MeLaughlin, 8. W. Thompson, James M. Prymes, and T. I’.
Shelburn, be, and they are hereby, allowed a further period of one year
from the first day of March, nineteen hundred, in which to collect by
levy certain tax tickets for the years eighteen hundred and ninety-four.
eighteen hundred and ninety-five, eighteen hundred and ninety-si\
and eighteen hundred and ninety-seven, which have not been returne¢
delinquent or insolvent, and for which they have accounted to the state
and county authorities.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
