Chap. 378.—An ACT for the relief of the personal representative and estate
of William M. Flanagan.
Approved February 15, 1900.
Whereas in the county court of Henrico, on the twenty-second day of
April, eighteen hundred and ninety -nine, William M. Flanagan, of
Powhatan county, now deceased, was on account of two certain for-
feited recognizances for the appearance of one William Utley, adjudged
and ordered to pay to the commonwealth of Virginia the sum of one
hundred and fifty dollars, and one hundred and twenty-five dollars,
making a total of two hundred and seventy-five dollars; and
Whereas said William M. Flanagan has departed this life, survived
by a widow and a large family of infant children with but a small
estate; and
Whereas no money has been lost to the commonwealth
said forfeited recognizances; therefore,
