circuit. ‘

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That chapter
eight hundred and fifty-five of the acts of eighteen hundred and ninety-
seven and ninety-eight, approved March third, eighteen hundred and
ninety-eight, be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
$1. The circuit courts of the second judicial circuit shall be held at
the times hereinafter specified—to wit:
Brunswick, February tenth, April tenth, and October tenth; Chester
field, February fifteenth, May fifteenth, and November fifteenth:
Greenesville, February twentieth, April twentieth, and October twent-
eth; Petersburg, March fifth, June fifth, September fifth, and December
fifth; Dinwiddie, March twenty-first, and September twenty-first; Not-
toway, March twenty-cighth, September twenty-eighth, and December
tenth; Sussex, April twenty-seventh and October twenty-seventh ; Prince
George, May fifth and November fifth; Surry, May tenth and Novembe?
tenth.

2. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent herewith are hereby re-
pealed.
3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
