Chap. 356.—An ACT to fix the salary of the board of supervisors of Fauquier
county.

Approved February 15, 1900.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the per
em of the supervisors of the county of Fauquier shall be three dollars
nd mileage, as is now provided by law: and provided, they shall not
ceive for attendance and mileage in the aggregate a greater sum
1an seventy-five dollars per annum, to be paid out of the general county
VY.

2. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this act are hereby re-
caled.

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
