Chap. 349.—An ACT to authorize the board of supervisors of Shenandoah
county, in their discretion, to levy a tax not exceeding twenty cents on the
one hundred dollars of the taxable value of said county for public school
purposes.

Approved February 14, 1900.

1. Be it enacted by the general assemblv of Virginia, That the board
of supervisors of Shenandoah county may, in their. discretion, levy a tax
not exceeding twenty cents on the one hundred dollars of the taxable
value of said county to be used for county public school purposes.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
