Chap. 333.—An ACT to permit Isaac J. Savage and Isaac H. Savage to erect
a wharf or pier on their land on a creek on the western side of Chincoteague
island, Accomac county, Virginia.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That Isaac
J. Savage and Isaac H. Savage, of Accomac county, be, and they are
hereby, authorized and permitted to erect a wharf on their land on a
creek running along the western side of Chincoteague island, in said
county, fronting Chincoteague bay, with a water front one hundred and
forty-three feet wide (143) and extending fifty feet from the shore into
the waters of said creek, subject to all the laws of the state governing
all wharves erected on the waters of this commonwealth: and provided,
also, that this act shall at all times be under the control of the general
assembly, and be amended or repealed as may be deemed proper.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
