Chap. 317.—An ACT to allow W. S. Summers further time within which to
distrain, levy, and collect certain tax tickets for which he bas accounted
to the state.

1. Te it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That W. S.
Summers, deputy treasurer ‘of Loudoun county, be, and he is hereby.
allowed one vear from the passage of this act, in which to distrain and
levy for and collect any uncollected tax tickets and levies in his hands
not returned delinquent, and for which he has heretofore accounted to
the state, for the years eighteen hundred and ninety-five, eighteen hun-
dred and ninety-six, and eichteen hundred and ninety-sev en.

2. This act shall be in force from its passace.
