Chap. 314.—An ACT to permit Daniel T. Whealton to erect a wharf or pie!
on his land on Chincoteague island, Accomac county, Virginia.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That Danie
T. Whealton, of Chincoteague island, in the county of Accomac, be
and he is hereby, authorized and permitted to erect a wharf upon hi
land on said Chincoteague island, with a water front eighty feet wid
and extending thirty feet (30) into the channel of Chincoteague bay
subject to all the laws of the state governing all wharves erected on th
waters of this commonwealth: and provided, also, that this act shal
at all times be under the control of the general assembly, and be amende
or repealed as may be deemed right and proper.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
