Chap. 295.—An ACT repealing the act which was approved on March 3, 1898,
authorizing an election in Buckingham county, upon the question of the
removal of the court-house of the said county.

Approved February 9, 1900.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the act
otitled an act authorizing an election in the county of Buckingham,
pon the question of the removal of the court-house of the said county,
hich was approved on March third, eighteen hundred and ninety-
ght, is hereby repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
