Chap. 253.—An ACT to allow M. L. Price to build a wharf in Machodoc creek
King George county.

Approved February 3, 1900.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That M. L
Price be, and is hereby, authorized to build a wharf in Machodoc creek
in King George county, Virginia, on and from his oyster planting
ground to the brick house public landing: provided, the same will not
interfere with navigation in said creek, and be subject to all the laws o:
the state governing wharves and piers erected in the waters of the com.
monwealth: and provided further, that this privilege granted shall at
all times be under the control of the general assembly, and amended or
repealed as may be deemed proper.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
