Chap. 251.—An ACT to authorize the several district school boards of the
counties of Prince George and Surry to expend any part of the surplus
district school fund for pay of teachers.

Approved February 3, 1900.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That it shall
be lawful for the several district school boards of the county of Prince
George to expend any part of the surplus district school fund for pay
of teachers.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
