Chap. 248.—An ACT to authorize the school trustees of Catalpa district, Cul-
peper county, to transfer any surplus school district funds, or portion
thereof, to the county school fund of said district.

Approved February 3, 1900.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the trus-
tees of Catalpa school district, Culpeper county, may, at their discretion,
transfer any surplus fund or portion thereof, not required for district
school purposes, from the district school fund to the county school fund
of Catalpa district, at the regular annual meeting of the county school
board in August of each year. Such transfer to be approved by a two-
thirds vote of the county school board.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
