Chap. 222.—An ACT to prescribe the time for holding the circuit courts in
the tenth judicial circuit.

Approved January 30, 1900.

1. Re it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the circuit
courts for the several counties and city of the tenth judicial circuit shall
be held at the following times in each year: Louisa, twentieth of March
and twentieth of September; Stafford, thirtieth of March and thirtieth
of September; Caroline, sixth of April and sixth of October; Westmore-
land, thirteenth of April and thirteenth of October; Richmond, eighteenth
of April and eighteenth of October; Hanover, twenty-sixth of April and
twenty-sixth of October; Spotsvlvania, sixth of May and sixth of Novem-
ber; King George, seventeenth of May and seventeenth of November;
city of Fredericks burg, tenth of May and tenth of November.

2. All acts or parts of acts inconsistent with this act are hereby
repealed,

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
