Chap. 1370.—An ACT for the relief of Mrs. A. M. Endailey and Mrs. M.
Donohoe, widows of Confederate soldiers.

Whereas Mistress A. M. Endailey and Mistress M. Donohoe are old
destitute, and helpless, and are the widows of J. T. Endailey and Ezrs
Donohoe, who were brave and loyal Confederate soldiers in the service
of the state of Virginia, and it is alleged that they both died of diseass
or wounds received in the service, after the war, at their homes; there
fore,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That on proot
of these alleged facts before the county court of Charlotte under al
of the requirements of the general law, the auditor of public account:
be, and is hereby, directed to enroll the names of Mistress A. M
Endailey and Mistress M. Donohoe on the pension roll as entitled tc
receive cach a pension of fifteen dollars per annum from April first.
