Chap. 1334.—An ACT to put on the pension list the name of Wesley A. Cave,
a wounded Confederate soldier, of Rockingham county.

Whereas Wesley A. Cave, a disabled Confederate soldier of company
C, tenth Virginia infantry, was wounded in the body in the battle at
Chancellorsville, Virginia, on the third day of May, eighteen hundred
and sixty-three, and which wound inceapacitates him from labor, and
who is in needy circumstances; therefore,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
auditor of public accounts be, and he is hereby, authorized to place on
the pension list the name of Wesley A. Cave, and draw his warrant
annually. in favor of the said Wesley A. Cave, for the sum of fifteen
dollars, when the judve of the county court of Rockingham county certi-
fies that the preamble to this act is true.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
