Chap. 133.—An ACT allowing Joseph T. Fudge, treasurer or Alleghany
county, and his deputies, further time within which to distrain, levy. and
collect certain tax tickets and license taxes for which he has heretofore
accounted to the state.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That Joseph
T. Fudge, treasurer of Alleghany county, and his deputies, as such
treasurer, be, and they are hereby, allowed one year from the passage of
this act, in which to distrain and levy for, and collect anv uncollected
tax tickets and levies in his or their hands, not returned delinquent,
and for which he has heretofore accounted to the state for the years
eighteen hundred and ninety-five, eighteen hundred and ninety-six, and
eighteen hundred and ninety-seven.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
