Chap. 1318.—An ACT for the relief of J. A. Wilson, a disabled Confederate
soldier.
Approved March 7, 1900.
Whereas J. A. Wilson was a brave Confederate soldier in Lunenburg
avalry, ninth Virginia cavalry, W. H. F. Lee’s brigade, and is now from
ve and disease disabled from earning a living for himself and a large
amily dependent on him; therefore,
1. Be it enacted by the gencral assembly of Virginia, That on proof
f the alleged facts before the county court of Lunenburg the auditor
hall enroll the name of J. A. Wilson as entitled to receive a pension of
fteen dollars a year from April first, nineteen hundred.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
