Chap. 1241.—An ACT for the relief of John E. Dillon, a Confederate soldier.
Approved March 7, 1900.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
auditor of public accounts be, and he is hereby, authorized to place the
name of John E. Dillon, a disabled Confederate soldier of the county
of Botetourt, upon the pension list of Confederate soldiers of this state,
and that he shall receive the sum of fifteen dollars per year: provided,
he shall prove the above-stated facts to the county court of Botetourt
county, and produce to the auditor of public accounts a certificate of
the judge thereof to the truth of said facts.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
