Chap. 1207.—An ACT for the relief of Bluford Seay.
Approved March 7, 1900.
Whereas Bluford Seay was a gallant soldier in the Confederate army;
and
Whereas his physical condition is such as to render him totally in-
capable of manual labor, being broken down in health and decrepit
with age; therefore,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
said Bluford Seay be, and he is hereby, allowed a pension of fifteen
dollars per annum out of the public treasury: provided, the above
facts be established in the county court of Nelson county and certified
to the auditor of public accounts.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
