Chap. 1196.—An ACT for the relief of Stanley Gallemore, a disabled Cor
erate soldier.

Whereas Stanley Gallemore, of company D. twenty-ninth Virg
regiment, was a true and gallant soldier during the war between
states; and
Whereas he was shot in arm at Camp Ferguson; and
Whereas said Gallemore is unable to perform manual Jabor on ace
of wound, heart disease, and old age, and general disability, and a:
has no property or income; therefore,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the aud
of public accounts be directed to place the name of said Stanley G.
more on the pension list for a pension of fifteen dollars per ann
provided, that the facts herein stated be first proven before the cot
court of Carroll, and certified by said court to the auditor of pu
accounts of Virginia.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
