Chap. 1164.—An ACT to pension J. D. Dickerson and W. T. Duffer, disabled
Confederate soldiers.

Whereas J. D. Dickerson and W. T. Duffer were Confederate soldiers
n the service of the state of Virginia, and are old, destitute, and unable
o earn a living by reason of disease contracted In service; therefore,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That on proof
f the alleged facts before the county court of Ch: rlotte, the auditor of
yublie accounts shall enroll the names of J. D. Dickerson and W. 'T.
Juifer on the pension roll of Virginia as entitled to receive each fifteen
area a year from April first, nineteen hundred.
This act shall be in force from its passage.
