Whereas William F. Moore, of Tunenburg, was a brave and lovya
Confederate soldier of Virginia in the war “between the states, ant
received wounds or injuries while in discharge of his duty, and is nov
seve aes vears old, destitute and helpless; therefore,
Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That on proo
of tine alleged facts before the county court of Lunenburg, and the cer
fication of same to auditor of public accounts, as required by general
iw, his name shall be enrolled as entitled to receive the sum of fifteen
ollars per year as a pension.
2. This act shall be in force from April first, nineteen hundred.
