Chap. 101.—An ACT to allow Joseph W. Taylor to erect a wharf or pier on
Watts bay in Accomac county.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That Joseph
W. Taylor, of Accomac county, be, and he is hereby, authorized and
permitted to erect a wharf or pier on his land near Wishart Point, with
21 water front of fifty feet wide, and extending from the shore to the
channel of Watt’s bay, subject to all the laws of the state governing all
wharves erected on the waters of the commonwealth: provided, also, that
this act shall at all times be under the control of the general assembly,
and be amended or repealed as may be deemed proper.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
