CHAPTER 3

An act to divorce Jane Craft, of Norfolk county, from
her husband.

Passed June 21st, 1865.

Szo. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Virginia, That Jane Craft, of Norfolk county, be, and she
is hereby divorced, a vinculo matrimonit, from her hus-
band George Craft, with the right to resume her maiden
name of Jane Cotton, and that she shall have the custody
and care of her child by the said George Craft.

Sxo. 2. Be it further enacted, That this act shall be in
force from its passage.
