CHAPTER 10

An act making appropriations for the repairing and re-
Surnishing the Governor's ‘oun and State Capitol.

Passed June 22d, 1865.

Seo. 1. Be tt enacted by the General Assembly, That
the sum of two thousand dollars be, and is hereby appro-
priated, to be expended under the supervision of the Gove-
nor, for the repairs and refurnishing of the Executive man-
sion, and the sum of one thousand dollars is hereby appro-
priated, to be expended in like manner, for the repairs of
the State Capitol; the said sums to be paid out of any
moneys not otherwise appropriated in the public treasury.

Sxc. 2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
