Chap. 110.—An ACT to give the Circuit Courts exclusive Jurisdiction
of Motions for Recovery of Money on Appeal Bonds taken in the
County Courts.

Approved February 23, 1875.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the cir-
cuit courts of the several counties shall have exclusive juris-
diction of all motions for the recovery of money on bonds
taken in cases of appeal from a judgment or decree of a
county court.
+2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
