An Act to repeal § 28-88.1 of the Code of Virginia, enacted by Chap 50
of the Acts of Assembly, Extra Session of 1959, permitting teachers
to repay State scholarships by teaching in nonsectarian private schools.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 23-38.1 of the Code of Virginia, enacted by Chapter 50 of the
Acts of Assembly, Extra Session of 1959, is hereby repealed.
