An Act to repeal §§ 22-115.86 and 22-115.87 of the Code of Virginia, en-
acted by Chapter 461 of the Acts of Assembly of 1960, relating to the
authority of the governing body of any county, city or town to appro-
priate and expend funds for educational purposes. 17

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

That §§ 22-115.386 and 22-115.37 of the Code of Virginia, enacted by
pter 461 of the Acts of Assembly of 1960, are hereby repealed.
