CHAPTER 11

An Act to repeal §§ 22-294.1, 22-294.2 and 22-294.8 of the Code of Vir-
ginia, enacted by Chapter 49 of the Acts of Assembly, Extra Session
of 1959, relating to the authority of school boards to provide trans-
portation for children attending nonsectarian private schools, or to
allot funds to assist in paying costs, and to provide for State assist-
ance and to provide for appropriations by local governing bodies.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That §§ 22-294.1, 22-294.2 and 22-294.3 of the Code of Virginia, en-
acted by Chapter 49 of the Acts of Assembly, Extra Session of 1959, are
hereby repealed.
