4m Act to authorize the boards of supervisors of the counties of Amelia,
Dinwiddie, Brunswick and Lunenburg to prohibit hunting with a rifle
of a caliber larger than twenty-two/one-hundredths.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia: oe
1. § 1. The boards of supervisors of the counties of Amelia, Dinwiddie,
Brunswick and Lunenburg may by ordinance prohibit hunting with a rifle
of a caliber larger than twenty-two/one-hundredths. Such ordinance may
provide that violations thereof shall be punishable as misdemeanors.
