An Act to designate certain portions of State Primary Routes 80 and 88
as “Cumberland Scenic Trail” and to provide for marking the same.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. §1. That the section of State Primary Route 83 between Pound,
Virginia, and Haysi, Virginia, and the section of State Primary Route 80
between Haysi, Virginia, and the Kentucky State line are hereby desig-
nated as “Cumberland Scenic Trail.” Appropriate markers shall be placed
by the State Department of Highways to indicate the designation of these
sections of highway.
