CHAPTER 469

An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered
§8-1145.1, relating to applications for correction of assessments for
local wmprovements. [H 438]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia: _

1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding a section numbered
58-1145.1 as follows: oo.

§ 58-1145.1. The preceding section shall not apply to applications
for correction of assessments for local improvements provided for in
Article 2 of Chapter 20 of Title 15, Article 2 of Chapter 7 of Title 15.1,
sity or ra of Chapter 18 of Title 15.1 of this Code or the charter of any
city or town.
