CHAPTER 335

An Act to authorize the board of supervisors of Northumberland County
to take certain measures to perpetuate and preserve certain monuments.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. The board of supervisors of Northumberland County is author-
ized to take such measures as it deems necessary or advisable to perpetuate
and preserve any monument or monuments erected in said county pursuant
to § 15.1-270 of the Code of Virginia, including the placement, replacement
or aenen thereon of appropriate plaques, inscriptions or other identify-
ing data.
