§ 58-795.2. Failure of county or city to comply with law on general

such county or city; and when it is begun, the Department of Taxation,
on being informed of the fact by the appropriate local authorities, shall
so notify the Comptroller who shall then cause to be paid over to the
county or city such withheld share of such profits.
This section shall be in force on and after January 1, 1966.
